Rentals, alterations and dry cleaning
Rental, alteration and cleaning terms, including prices, deposits and return dates, are explained at the time of your order and on your receipt. Rental returns are due within the time stated on your rental agreement.
SMS Terms (text messaging program)
- Program: Minsky Formal Wear sends text messages to customers who opt in through the chat on minskytux.com. Messages include replies to your questions, fitting and pickup reminders, and, if you opted in to promotions, occasional offers.
- Frequency: Message frequency varies.
- Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts.

- Consent: Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
- Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
